Residential Tap Fees (Click here for $ amounts)
Please contact the Authority office (724-327-1950) with a property address and area for determining the correct amount.
Tap-in forms must be applied for at the Authority office located at 3001 Meadowbrook Road, Murrysville, PA. Please bring along a check and a plot plan. Also, sewage tap-ins will be accepted by mail providing the correct amount is submitted including a copy of the plot plan. A copy will then be sent to the person applying for the tap-in, and a copy will be forwarded to the municipality involved for the building permit to be issued.
Non-Residential Tap Fees:
Plumbing plans should be submitted to the F.T.M.S.A. Authority Manager for review in determining the Tap-In fee amount for a commercial property.
No-Lien Letter $25.00 No-Lien Letter
Sewage no-lien letters for property sales, home sales and refinancing in our service area will be provided to the customer, closing company, real estate or attorney upon request and completion of our no-lien letter form. The cost is $25.00 for the letter, and the person applying must supply a self-addressed stamped envelope. No information will be taken over the phone.

Sewer Lateral Inspections / Dye Test: $350.00
SEWER LATERAL INSPECTIONS FOR HOME SALES/REFINANCING - A smoke and dye test/camera inspection is now required on sewer laterals in the Municipality of Murrysville when selling or refinancing the property. Please call our office with the address and Tax Map No. to verify if the property needs an inspection. If the property does need an inspection, the fee is $350.00 and an application must be filled out in order to schedule the inspection. Also, certain properties in Export Borough require testing. Please call with the address, and we will let you know if your property requires the testing.
