A Special Public Meeting of the Franklin Township Municipal Sanitary Authority was held on December 28, 2009, at 7:10 P.M. at the Authority office located at 3001 Meadowbrook Road, Murrysville, Pennsylvania.

AUDIENCE - There was no one in the audience.
EXECUTIVE SESSION - At 7:11 P.M. the Board went into Executive Session to discuss the Union Contract. At 7:15 P.M., the meeting was called back to order.
A motion was made by Mr. Sarver to enter into the 2010 Union Contract. Motion was seconded by Mr. Kagarise.
A vote being taken (Mr. Sarver, aye; Mr. Hamilton, aye; Mr. Kagarise, nay) the motion passed.
ADJOURNMENT - A motion was made by Mr. Kagarise that the meeting be adjourned. Motion was seconded by Mr. Sarver and passed unanimously. The meeting ended at 7:16 P.M.
